Directives

A small set of directives has been defined, according to patterns research (Workflowpatterns.com). To begin with, the smallest usable directive set is composed of:

• Init (internal directive, not actually a pattern)
• Sequence
• Parallel split
• Synchronize (merge)
• Simple choice
• Simple merge
• Multiple choice
• Multiple merge

These directives are usually sufficient to construct a usual scientific workflow.

The user can/has to indicated some supplementary information, such as the task ID, the dependances between tasks, the private/shared values, parameters of the node to chose for the task, agregation operation for synchronize task, etc.)
